Lee Anne LeBlanc has experience in litigating patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters in federal and state courts as well as prosecuting and defending opposition and cancellation proceedings before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Ms. LeBlanc is experienced in federal litigation of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters, and the appeals thereof, as well as proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She has successfully obtained and executed ex-parte seizures and impoundment of counterfeit items for trademark and copyright clients. Ms. LeBlanc represents clients in diverse fields including artists, authors, jewelers, software developers, educational institutions, and various commercial retailers and manufacturers.
